This immaculate 2-story home on the beautiful Cheboygan River will make you feel right at home! This beautiful home provides plenty of room for up to three families! Just a short drive away from shopping in Petoskey or Mackinaw and ski resorts. Just two miles from downtown Cheboygan, super Wal-Mart, 24 hr grocery store (Glens) or restaurants. Located on the “Inland Waterway” which connects Pickerel, Crooked, Burt and Mullett Lakes and then to Lake Huron. A 600 yard boat ride south on the river leads to beautiful Mullett Lake or a relaxing 1 hour ride north and thru the locks puts you in Lake Huron! A sandy Beach and gathering area for boats is just outside the mouth of the river on Mullet, a great place to spend the day in the sandy crystal clear shallows. The river and lake is a smallmouth bass factory and also produces good amounts of walleye as well as northern pike, musky, lake trout, rainbow trout, rock bass or perch. Boat shelter and dock with room for several boats or jet skis and room for one boat up to 30 feet long. 16 ft bass boat with live well and 30 horse mercury available for rental if requested. Halfway to the lake, accessible by boat, is the historic Hack-Ma-Tack lodge famous for prime rib and whitefish dinners offering full bar and fine dining in a casual atmosphere.

Check-In 3pm/Check-Out Noon
$300 security deposit due upon reservation and returned after cleaning and inspection.
Full payment due 14 days prior to rental date.
30-day cancellation notice required to receive refund of deposit.
Weekly Rates:
June-August $1850
Sept-February $1200
Winter weekends negotiable.
