The Little Log House on Lake Charlevoix is a cute old
fashion cabin. Nothing fancy but a clean & cozy log
house with a great view. Lake is across the street you can
sit on the beach and see the town and look at the boats.
Great swiming as the lake is clean. No sandy beach &
need swim shoes. Park in front and walk up a small hill to
the the house. House has 2 bedrooms a full size bed in one
room and twin beds in the second room. A slepper sofa in
the large living room. 1 full bath with a tub also 1/2 bath
off living room. No washer or dryer. Tv cable,dvd, stove &
fridge and everything you will need. The house is clean
and cozy, warm in the winter and just right in the summer.
Nice large living room. Close to Boyne City, Petoskey,
Charlevoix & Harbor Springs. Skiing, golf, water park close
to everything. Whitting Park is walking distance which has
a sandy beach & great swimming. The Ironton ferry takes
you to Charlevoix. Easy to get to the bridge & the Sault.
So many sweet towns near by, with so much to do all
summer. The best skiing in the winter. something going on
all the time. No smoking no pets

June & Aug $475 week, $250 weekend
May $250 weekend (3 day weekend)
Ski season (Call for ski season rates):
$375 week, $180 weekend, $675 month
Open for short term or long term rental.
