The home has a large fireplace, living room, family room, laundry facilities, kitchen with wrap around cupboards and breakfast bar. The vacation home is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms/1 full bath, and it sleeps up to 8. The house has heat, fireplace, washer/dryer, TV and VCR. The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.
Fire pit and grill are next to pond. And MORE! There is a paddle boat at the pond for your leisure.
The home is located within 2.5 miles of Sugar Springs Resort with 2 golf courses and Lake Lancer access. Also within 5 miles from Secord Lake (2000 acre all sports lake). Fish include bass, bluegill (catch and release only). Also very close to 1000's of acres of state land and snowmobile trails.
Area: Within 15 minutes from Gladwin, 20 minutes from West Branch, 20 minutes from Pruddenville, 25 minutes from Houghton Lake, and 2.5 miles from Sugar Springs.
Rental Rates & Policies
The Michigan vacation house is available for rent all year round.
Rental rates are:
Memorial Day Weekend to Sept 30th
Weekly: $800 (Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun)
5 Night: $660 (Sun to Friday Departure)
Weekend: $320 (Fri to Sun Departure)
Day After Labor Day to Sept 30th:
Weekly: $800 Weekend: $320 Daily (Sun-Thur) $130 per nt.
Low Season Rates (Oct 1 to Late May):
Weekly: $700 Weekend: $320 Daily (Sun-Thur) $110 per nt.
* Special Jan 2nd to April 1st: Weekly $650 & Weekend Rate: $300
Daily (Sun-Thur Nights) $100 per night (2 night minimum)
Above rates do not include sales tax. Add 6% Michigan Sales Tax to above rates (not due until arrival or when payment is paid in full).

No Weekly rental check in's offered on Saturday.
Rates are set for up to 4 adults, (children under 18 are FREE). For each additional adult, the rate is an extra $15 per day per adult, to a maximum of eight occupants per rental period.
Refundable $250 security/damage deposit for all renters, up to 4 adults. Deposits will be refunded (mailed out) within one business week of renter's departure upon satisfactory inspection/condition of rental.
Cash, cashier's check, traveler check or money order only. No personal checks please. We also accept Pay Pal.
Cancellations: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days from arrival date will be accessed a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
Pets are Welcome with a $5 per night pet fee (up to 2 dogs. This is not a per dog fee. The fee is the same whether there are 1 or 2 dogs).
