launch and swimming raft. A row boat with PFD's is
included with the rental. All kitchen items are included. A
gas grill is also furnished. This 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage
has a double bed in each room and a futon in the
common area. The bathroom has a shower. Linens and
towels are not provided. The cottage also has cable TV
and a VCR/DVD player.
The cottage is located 7 miles from Traverse City and is
close to horseback riding, parks, rivers and other outdoor
activities.
Rates & Policies
The rental rate is $750 a week with a $200 deposit.
Pets are ok.
Check in time is 2:00 and check out time is 11:00.
