Newer 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath chalet style cottage located
on Lake Michigan. 115 ft of private sandy beach, in a
sparsely populated are between Manistee and Ludington.
Main floor has living room with stone fireplace, fully
equipped kitchen, dinning area, ½ bath, and master
bedroom with master bath. Loft has 1 double bed,
separate bedroom with 1 double bed, and full bathroom.
Fully finished basement with 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
and full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer,
plus entertainment room with bar. Two large outside decks.
Cottage sleeps 8 people and occupancy is limited to this
number, unless special arrangements are made.
Bedding is provided, except sheets and towels
Amenities include, Satellite TV, DVD/VCR main floor and
basement, stereo system with speakers in most rooms, gas
grill, lawn and deck furniture, beach chairs, garbage
pickup service.
Rental rates and policies
Our available weeks are as follows- May 30 to June 13 (2
weeks), July 11 to July 18, August 15 to September 5 (3
weeks).
Memorial Day to Labor day, $2,200.00 per week.
Off season, (after Labor Day) $1,500.00 per week,
weekends $550.00
Weeks run from 2 pm on Saturday to 10 am the following
Saturday.
A $ 500.00 booking/security deposit is required for reserving
rental periods.
Cancellation Policy. Booking/security deposit will be
returned if cottage can be re-booked for same period.
This is a no smoking cottage
We do not allow pets.
