May 1st to October 31st 1,000.00 per week and 475.00 per
weekends.
Off season is $750.00 per week and 350.00 per weekend.

All fees paid before occupancy and includes a $350.00
security deposit refundable after inspection. Check in and
check out can vary and will be verified before
occupancy. Security deposit is non refundable up to 30
